A traffic ticket is a notice issued by a law enforcement official to a motorist or other road user, accusing violation of traffic laws. Traffic tickets generally come in two forms, citing a moving violation, such as exceeding the speed limit, or a non-moving violation, such as a parking violation, with the ticket also being referred to as a parking citation, notice of illegal parking or parking ticket. In some jurisdictions, a traffic ticket constitutes a notice that a penalty, such as a fine or deduction of points, has been or will be assessed against the driver or owner of a vehicle; failure to pay generally leads to prosecution or to civil recovery proceedings for the fine. In others, the ticket constitutes only a citation and summons to appear at traffic court, with a determination of guilt to be made only in court. From Wikipedia under the

Q. To increase my HDD speed I regularly run defragmenter and to reduce fragmentation on my system partition I've moved all system folders to other partitions except \System Volume Information\ which is the only source of fragmentation on my system partition. Is here anyone who knows "How to move "System Volume Information" directory to another partition technically (without any side-effect)? Asked by sh_mpa - Wed Dec 9 10:06:08 2009 - Other - Computers - 3 Answers - Comments A. System Volume Information cannot be defragmented and there is no need or reason to do so, it contains restore points, the fact it is fragmented means nothing and has no effect on performance period. The files in it are only used if you run system restore. It is nothing to be concerned about. Also the physical location of System Volume Information is towards the inner part of your drive, away from the rest of your OS and program files. I don't know of a way to move it, but I don't see any reason to need to do so. Answered by soupfine - Wed Dec 9 10:38:38 2009 Is there a way to "see" the speed of a computer's RAM? ?
Q. Will my computer's "System Information" give me this information? If not, what will? I know I can open the computer case or download and on-line memory checking tool like Crucial. Said another way, can I determine the speed of my computer's RAM without being connected to the internet and without looking inside the case? Staker, your method doesn't show the "speed". Read the questions. Sorry Staker, I guess it does. Asked by Im2hard2please - Tue Dec 30 11:52:51 2008 - Desktops - 3 Answers - Comments A. (On XP) Right click on "My Computer" on your desktop, click "properties". It should tell you how much ram you have under the "General" tab - look below the section where it says computer. For example, mine tells me about the CPU speed and tells me I have 1.00GB of RAM. Answered by Staker S - Tue Dec 30 12:00:58 2008 From Yahoo Answer Search: "high speed tickets" |
